By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Details
Tickets are issued for Ek Sufiana Shaam (the "Event"), taking place on taking place on 31st October at C3 Central West, Silverwater NSW. Doors open at 7pm; the program will commence at 8pm.
Tickets for this Event are sold by Aga Khan Foundation Australia (AKFA), ABN 69663072124 (Organiser).
2. Charitable Purpose
This Event is held as part of the World Partnership Walk Australia, in support of Aga Khan Foundation, a leading international development organisation focused on tackling the root causes of poverty and improving quality of life in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
Ticket prices are not tax deductible.
3. Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold subject to availability.
Prices are listed in AUD and are exclusive of applicable booking fees unless stated otherwise.
Ticket purchases are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to check all details on the ticket (date, time, venue) at the time of purchase.
The seating plan shown at the time of purchase is indicative only and does not guarantee a specific seat.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds and cancellations, including in the event of an Event cancellation or postponement, are governed by AKF Australia's Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at [insert link]. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that policy.
5. Entry Conditions
Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (physical or digital) for entry.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, offensive, or unsafe manner, without refund.
The Organiser reserves the right to conduct bag checks or security screening at entry.
Re-entry may not be permitted once you have left the venue, unless otherwise stated.
6. Programme Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to alter the lineup, programme, running order, seating arrangements or performers without prior notice due to circumstances beyond their control.
Every effort will be made to maintain the advertised standard and quality of the Event.
7. Recording and Media
Photography, audio, and video recording may take place during the Event for promotional and archival purposes.
By attending, ticket holders consent to the possible use of their likeness in such recordings, which may be used in future marketing or charity reporting materials.
Personal recording devices may be restricted at the discretion of event staff.
8. Code of Conduct
Ticket holders are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times, in keeping with the spirit of the Event. This is an alcohol-free event. Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises and will not be sold or served at the venue.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate, including breach of this condition, may result in removal from the venue without refund.
9. Liability
The Organiser, venue, and their representatives accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from attendance at the Event, except where caused by their negligence and to the extent permitted by law.
Ticket holders attend the Event at their own risk.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws, and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your booking or as required by the associated charity for donor acknowledgment (where applicable).
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
12. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
