Departure Time: Please arrive at the designated wharf at least 30 minutes before departure for ticket checking and boarding. The cruise will depart at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may miss the cruise.
No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival or missed departures, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Weather Policy: The cruise operates in varying weather conditions where it is safe to do so. In the event of severe weather, unsafe marine conditions or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, the cruise may be delayed, modified, rescheduled or cancelled. If the operator cancels the cruise, affected guests will be advised of the available options in accordance with the operator's policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Cruise Changes: The operator reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the vessel, itinerary, entertainment or onboard arrangements due to operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsible Behaviour: Guests must follow all crew instructions and comply with onboard safety requirements. The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove guests whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or unlawful, subject to applicable law. No refund will be provided where removal is due to a guest's misconduct, except where required by law.
Age & Identification: Guests must comply with any applicable age restrictions and provide valid identification if requested.
Halloween Costumes: Halloween costumes are encouraged. Costumes and accessories must be safe, appropriate and must not obstruct vision, create hazards or interfere with other guests' enjoyment.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, except where required by law.
Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date, time and cruise specified on the booking confirmation. Please ensure you attend the correct departure location.
