Do you love cocktails but not sure what goes into your favourite concoction? Join Honkas and discover the world of mixology followed by a delicious feast.

In this unique class, you will get a 45-minute cocktail making class, where you will learn some of the best mixology tips from the barman. You will learn about the best flavour combinations and discover the secret ingredients to making a Lychee Martini and Honkas' signature cocktail, the Popo Trio.

The Popo Trio is a clean tasting cocktail with a gentle blend of gin, sake and cucumber. Not only will you get to recreate these delicious cocktails yourself but you'll also get to drink them too!

Once you have completed the cocktail class, you will be seated to enjoy our feast menu. The menu takes food from around the world, primarily Asia and Europe.
