Kick things off behind the bar with your very first cocktail. Follow the lead of expert mixologists as you learn how to muddle, shake and pour like a pro.

Sip and Repeat

Cheers! Enjoy your first creation, then head back to the bar to mix up cocktail number two. It’s all about tasting, tweaking and having fun with flavour.

Fill and Fold Your Dumplings

Switch gears and get in the mood for food. Choose your dumpling filling, learn how to fold them and make dumplings that look (almost) too good to eat.

Off to the Steam Room

Your handcrafted dumplings are whisked away to the kitchen where they’ll be steamed, pan-fried or deep-fried to perfection. Now’s the time to grab a seat and get excited for the feast ahead.

Enjoy Your Feast

Gather around and tuck into your freshly made dumplings alongside your cocktails. You’ve earned it! Savour every bite and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious cocktails and dumplings! Have our chefs teach you our perfected recipe of two styles of dumplings, with just the right amount of herbs and spices. We'll then steam them for you in our kitchen, and you'll enjoy them at the end of the class.

While we do that, you will learn about some original Asian style cocktails - you'll enjoy getting hands-on as you make (and enjoy) two different cocktails. Ideal skills for your next dinner party!

During the class, you will make and enjoy:

• Pork and lemongrass dumplings

• Mushroom and vegetable dumplings

• Lychee cocktail

• Popo trio cocktail

Private classes:

We can hold up to 70 people for this class within the venue. We offer private classes daily from 11am, with our last classes of the day starting at 7:30pm.

This class takes about three hours and includes a hearty meal of dumplings (around 15 per person). Vegan and gluten-free options are available too. We provide everything, so you just need to book, show up and enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you!

• Due to our RSA policy, if you purchase a bottomless drinks package for one person in your booking/party, you will need to purchase the package for every person within your booking/party. You can add multiple packages to your booking at check-out as it is priced per person. For private classes, please note we require a min of 7 days notice prior to
