Step into the world of sound healing and awaken your creative spirit in this joyful, hands-on exploration of sound, vibration, and voice.

Whether you are new to sound baths, open to fun experiences, or already enjoy working with singing bowls, handpans, or chimes, Vibrations of Joy invites you to deepen your connection with sound as a tool for harmony, healing, and self-expression.

During this uplifting two-hour masterclass, you will be guided through:

• An introduction to a variety of sound healing instruments — from crystal and Tibetan bowls to crystal singing pyramids, to chimes, drums, gong, rattles/shakers, flute, guiros, handpans, tongue drums, tuning forks, and more

• Demonstrations of playing techniques that bring out each instrument’s unique voices and resonance

• Listening and sensing skills to help you attune to subtle frequencies, textures, and energies

• A collaborative sound-scaping session where participants co-create an improvised sound journey

• Breathwork and vocal toning practices to explore the human voice as a powerful healing instrument

• Receive a sound healing experience to integrate your learnings and embody the joy of vibrational medicine

Depending on the group's needs, we may also touch on the art of facilitating group sound baths — from creating a safe, sacred space to balancing sound dynamics and energetic flow, to being trauma-informed and protecting your own energy as a Facilitator.
