Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

• All tickets purchased for the Diwali Party Cruise are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, missed bookings, or guests who are unable to attend on the day of the event.

• Please ensure all booking details are correct before completing your purchase.

Arrival & Boarding Information

• Guests are required to arrive at the wharf at least 15 minutes prior to boarding.

• Please be at the wharf by 7:25pm to allow enough time for check-in and boarding.

• The vessel will depart at 7:40pm sharp.

• Due to operational requirements, the vessel cannot wait for late arrivals. Guests arriving after departure will not be able to board and no refunds will be issued.

Weather Policy

• The Diwali Party Cruise will proceed as scheduled in most weather conditions, including rain.

• Our vessels are fully equipped with indoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy the event comfortably regardless of the weather.

• If the cruise proceeds, tickets remain non-refundable due to weather conditions.
