Kali Gillen – The KG Project

Kali Gillen is a saxophonist, composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Sydney. She has performed at the Sydney Women’s Jazz Festival, the Java International Jazz Festival in Indonesia, and toured Australia with Hilltop Hoods.

After releasing her EP ‘Armoura’ and studying at the Jazz and Sonic Arts Program in Banff, Canada, Kali is now presenting her new music project, The KG Project.

She will perform with:

Sophie Min – Solo Performance

Sophie Min is an award-winning pianist and composer. She was the 2024 ABC Jazz Artist in Residence and received the 2023 APRA Professional Development Award (Jazz).

Sophie returns with a rare solo performance, featuring original music, improvisation, prepared piano and reimagined standards.

Her performance will also give audiences a preview of Pulse², her upcoming solo recording project.
