Gather & Glow - Sydney's Festive Pop-Up Market

By attending Gather & Glow ("the Event"), attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Free Entry

Admission to Gather & Glow is free of charge. No ticket purchase is required for general entry.

2. Event Photography & Videography

Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to your image, voice, or likeness being used by the event organisers in future marketing materials, social media, and promotional content.

3. Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

4. Personal Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

5. Safety

Attendees must follow all venue rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by event staff and venue management.

6. Vendor Products & Services

Products and services offered at the event are provided by independent stallholders. Any purchases, transactions, warranties, or disputes are solely between the attendee and the respective vendor.

7. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to amend event details, schedules, activities, or exhibitor participation without prior notice.

8. Behaviour

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organisers, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, and venue shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from attendance at the event.

10. Acceptance

Entry to the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
