The evening begins with a gentle arrival, where you’ll be welcomed with tea or cacao to help you settle into the space and soften out of the day.
From there, you’ll be guided through a releasing process with journaling—an opportunity to clear what’s been weighing on you and create space for what’s next.
We’ll then move into an intuitive oracle card pull, offering deeper insight, clarity, and guidance around what’s ready to shift or emerge in your life.
The experience will close with a deeply restorative sound bath, using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and bells. These healing frequencies are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional release—helping you drop into a meditative state where the body can rest, reset, and restore. Paired with a full moon releasing ritual, this is a powerful moment to let go, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself.
Please arrive at 6:55pm to allow time to settle in before we begin.
