1. General Acknowledgment

By enrolling in SYPHER SPACE programs, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• My child will use tablets/PCs provided by SYPHER SPACE during sessions.
• Science experiments will be conducted in a controlled environment, and students must wear safety goggles and lab coats.
• Robotics & Science activities involve teamwork, and students will collaborate with peers.
• Public Speaking & Debating sessions may involve group discussions, debates, and presentations; students are expected to respect others’ opinions and take turns speaking.
• Public Speaking & Debating sessions may be recorded for feedback and learning purposes (with consent provided during enrolment).
• Magnetic (STEM) sessions involve hands-on construction using magnetic materials; students must handle equipment safely and follow mentor instructions at all times.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds after classes commence.
• If SYPHER SPACE cancels a class or program, a refund or credit will be issued.
• Medical Cancellations: If a child cannot attend due to medical reasons, a credit may be issued upon submission of a medical certificate.
• Missed Classes: We are unable to offer make-up sessions, refunds, or discounts for missed classes unless under exceptional circumstances (assessed case by case).
• If a child joins mid-term, fees will be charged pro-rata.
• Trial Classes: May be offered for select programs (subject to availability).

3. Equipment & Liability

• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child follows safety guidelines during sessions.
• Any intentional damage to equipment (e.g., LEGO kits, robotics tools) will be assessed, and parents may be charged a replacement fee.
• If a child damages a LEGO kit or other equipment due to negligence, a fee may apply (parents will be informed before invoicing).
• Magnetic equipment contains small magnetic components. Parents acknowledge that SYPHER SPACE takes all reasonable precautions, but children must follow safety directions to prevent injury or ingestion hazards.

4. Creative & Active Kids Vouchers

• Vouchers must be current and match the child's name on the booking.
• If a promo code is not applied at checkout, SYPHER SPACE may not accept the voucher later, and no refunds will be issued.
• Incorrect voucher use will result in a booking cancellation, and admin fees may apply.

5. Behaviour & Discipline

We maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.

🚫 Bullying, inappropriate language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
🚫 Physical altercations or repeated misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
✅ Parents will be informed of any behavioural concerns before any action is taken.
✅ In Public Speaking & Debating programs, students must communicate respectfully and constructively during all group activities.

6. Drop-off & Pick-up Policy

• Students are only supervised during class time. Parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
• After-School Programs: Parents may be contacted if their child is absent from our sessions to confirm school attendance. However, SYPHER SPACE is not responsible if a child forgets or skips the session. Parents are also responsible for notifying us of any school absence.
• We are an educational program, not a childcare service.

7. Media & Photography Consent

📸 Photos/videos may be used on our website and social media if permission is granted during booking.

8. Health & Safety

• Parents must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before sessions begin.
• Accidental Injury: In the case of an accident, we will seek immediate medical attention, and parents agree to cover any costs incurred unless caused by our negligence.
• We reserve the right to deny participation if a child's health condition poses a safety risk.

9. Terms & Conditions Updates

• SYPHER SPACE reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
