Please bring the following items to ensure you are comfortable:

✭ yoga mat (if you would like to bring your own mat, mats are provided)

✭ water bottle (we have filtered water provided)

✭ eye pillow or mask (optional)

Neighbourhood Yoga provides yoga mat, massage ball, blocks and blankets.
