Yin, Pin & Sound Alchemy by Phoenix and Anisha

This two-hour immersive session brings together Yin Yoga, sound healing, and acupuncture in a deeply calming and restorative experience, co-facilitated by Phoenix and Anisha.

The session begins with a 10-minute guided voice activation led by Phoenix, supporting gentle arrival, breath awareness, and connection to the body.

Phoenix will then guide a 50-minute Yin Yoga sequence with a heart-opening intention, using slow, passive postures to support deep release in the body and nervous system. Throughout the Yin practice, Anisha will offer live sound healing to enhance relaxation and support energetic balance.

As the body moves into deeper rest, Phoenix will guide a sound- and vocal-based relaxation. During this sound immersion, Anisha will offer gentle acupuncture to support nervous system regulation, energy balance and deep relaxation. For those who prefer a non-needle option, ear seeds will be available.
