Walk & Talk Therapy combines the benefits of gentle physical activity with professional counselling, helping to:

• Feel more relaxed and comfortable during sessions.

• Support both your mental and physical health.

Price - $180 (1 hour)


By participating in Walk and Talk Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation is voluntary, and you may choose office-based or telehealth sessions at any time.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate in a gentle walk and will advise your therapist of any health concerns or injuries.
Walk and Talk Therapy takes place in public spaces. While every effort will be made to protect your privacy, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed due to the possibility of being seen or overheard.
Outdoor sessions may be postponed or moved to an alternative format due to unsafe weather or environmental conditions.
You agree to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and take responsibility for your own safety during the walk.
Standard cancellation and payment policies apply to Walk and Talk Therapy sessions.
Walk and Talk Therapy is not a crisis service. If you require urgent support, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
