Vocal Healing & Sound Bath

🗓 Wednesday, 4th March

⏰ 7:00 – 9:00 PM

So many truths live unspoken in the throat—

held by fear of judgment, fear of rejection, and shame around being seen, heard, or felt.

This evening is a guided exploration into understanding why our voices become blocked and how breath, sound, and presence can dissolve the emotional and energetic barriers that limit our expression—through words and through singing.

This experience is for curious souls, beginners, and experienced singers alike—anyone who feels called to explore their voice more deeply, freely, and truthfully.

What you will experience:

• Releasing emotions connected to judgment, fear of judgment, fear of rejection, and shame
