The Cosmic Reset is a transformational full moon ritual, bringing together powerful and relevant ancient practices to give you the insight and tools to navigate the month ahead with clarity and intention.

It is an evening to pause, realign, and consciously work with the opportunities within the current astrological transit-so you can truly thrive.

This immersive experience begins with a warm cup of tea while you listen to an empowering and clarifying Vedic astrology talk. We will explore the current cosmic energies and how they influence your inner and outer worlds under the illumination of this full moon.

You will then be guided through a Kriya Yoga practice, accompanied by live kirtan music, designed to harmonise your body and mind with the rhythms of the cosmos. This practice draws on profound ancient techniques, including pranayama, asana and mudra.

Next, we move into a japa meditation-chanting 108 rounds of a mantra aligned with the current cosmic theme. This is a powerful yet simple practice you can take home and integrate into your daily ritual.

The evening culminates as you lie back in savasana and surrender into a deeply restorative planetary sound bath. The rich, grounding tones of planetary gongs will wash over you, while planetary tuning forks are applied directly to the body at precise acupoints, creating a deeply immersive, on-body vibrational experience.

Each instrument is tuned to planetary frequencies based on the work of Hans Cousto, supporting the nervous system to reset and come into resonance with the most supportive aspects of the current transit.

You will leave feeling clear, grounded, and deeply aligned.

Important Logistics:

• Bring a yoga mat. Mala beads are optional if you have them.

• There are no prerequistes - beginners welcome.

• We will be in the upstairs room of Om House. We begin at 7PM and lock the front door at 7:10PM. We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to settle in.
