Spring Renewal Sound Bath Women Circle

Under the magic of the New Moon & the new season of Spring. You are invited to gather in sacred circle to pause, realign and plant new seeds for your life.

Join us for a gentle and powerful Sacred Sound Bath Ceremony created especially for women — a sacred space to release the old, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and welcome the vibrant energy of spring. Let this be your invitation to return to yourself. To bloom in your own rthytm. To remember how deeply nourished you are by rest, ritual and by sisterhood.

This special 80 minute event will start with Dance, followed by Ritual to set intentions for new growth. Leading into a transformative healing journey with Guided Meditation, Crystal Quartz Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gong, and other sacred instruments. As you immerse yourself in the beautiful sound and vibrations, revitalising every cell in your body, rebalancing your mind, body & spirit.

Sound healing takes you on a journey that offers deep healing on a cellular level, cleansing negative energy and emotions, breaking old unwanted patterns of behaviour and subconscious fears, and resetting the physical, emotional, and mental body into peace, balance and harmony.

Studies have showed that meditation for 1 hour alone is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep. Some benefits of sound healing include:

• Yoga mat & optional your favourite blanket

Bookings are essential as spots are limited to keep this space sacred & intimate.

Free parking is available outside the centre. The doors open at 6.15pm and the sound bath begins promptly at 6.30pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to make yourself comfortable.
