Sound Healing Experience for Parents and Babies

A gentle one hour sound bath for parents, carers and babies to relax, connect and unwind in a calm space of soothing tones and soft support.

A Gentle Sound Bathing Gathering for New Parents, Care-givers and Babies

Step into a warm and welcoming space created especially for new mums, dads and caregivers. This one hour sound healing event offers a peaceful pause from the demands of early parenthood and invites you to rest, breathe and reconnect with your inner calm while your little one relaxes beside you. (or you can leave them at home and just enjoy the you-time for yourself!)

You will be held in a soothing environment filled with soft and harmonious tones from voice, crystal singing bowls and gentle sound healing instruments. Each sound is chosen to support relaxation for both adults and babies, encouraging deeper breathing, emotional ease and a sense of shared bonding.

There is no need to do anything at all. Simply settle in with your baby, find a comfortable position and allow the nurturing waves of sound to wash through your body and mind. Babies are free to coo, sleep, feed or wiggle. Everything that naturally happens in early parenthood is welcome here.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, feel supported and replenish your energy. It is a moment of quiet connection for you and your baby, wrapped in kindness, spaciousness and sound that gently restores the nervous system.

Come exactly as you are. You and your little one are held with care.

Event requested by and in partnership with Neonator, and neo-mums and neo-dads.

Neonator is a community of mums and carers looking after the future of Newborn Care, one innovative solution at a time.
