Session 1 4:00 - 5:00pm

Session 2 5:30 - 6:30pm

Embodied Expression • Inner Flow • Renewed Energy

An immersive sound bath journey exploring expression and empowerment.
Through the gentle yet powerful layers of sound, you’ll be invited to soften inner barriers and reconnect with the voice of your soul.

This session creates space to feel, listen, and express from a place of authenticity—supporting clarity, confidence, and embodied self-expression. Leave feeling more connected, grounded, and empowered to honour your inner truth.

Through the layered vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tongue drum, and chalice, sound gently opens space for the soul’s voice to be heard—supporting clarity, flow, and embodied self-expression.

No prior experience needed. All are welcome.

Led by experienced healing practitioner Shaleen, this event offers a unique opportunity to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit in a serene setting.
