This session is great for anyone who:
✭ wants to increase the emotional resilience and self connection
✭ leads a very busy life and is looking to reach a deep state of relaxation
✭ is suffering from stress or anxiety and needs to calm the nervous system
✭ has poor sleeping patterns, suffers from chronic fatigue or insomnia
✭ wants to meditate, but finds it difficult to get into a meditative state on their own
We will begin at 5:30pm, and start with meditation to help you transition into a relaxing state, followed by sound healing. At the end of the session you will be guided to come out of the meditative state and will be given time to ground yourself before you leave.
Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand to get yourself set up. Sorry no late arrivals, as the doors will close at 5:30pm.
Please make sure you:
✭ wear comfortable clothes
✭ bring yoga mat
✭ pillow/cushions/blankets - anything to make you feel super comfortable and cosy
✭ eye mask (optional, but recommended)
✭ something to keep you warm
✭ have finished eating at least 2hrs before the healing starts
✭ keep alcohol intake to a minimum for 12 hrs before the session
