Turn up the music and get ready to ride to the rhythm!
Rhythm Ride with Dani is a high-energy indoor cycling experience that combines cardio training with the power of music. Rather than simply watching the clock or chasing numbers, you'll use the beat, rhythm and energy of the playlist to drive your ride.
Throughout the session, Dani will coach you through a combination of climbs, sprints, resistance work, speed intervals and rhythm-based movement, creating a full-body experience that challenges your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and coordination.
With over 15 years of experience in group fitness and extensive indoor cycling experience, Dani brings energetic coaching, musicality and plenty of personality to every ride. You'll be encouraged to challenge yourself while always having control over your own resistance and intensity.
Whether you're an experienced rider or relatively new to indoor cycling, the goal is simple: move to the music, work hard and have a bloody good time doing it. πΆπ₯
You'll need access to your own stationary/spin bike to participate. Simply set up your device where you can see and hear Dani, jump on your bike and join the ride live from wherever you are.
Expect big beats, big energy, sweaty climbs and one hell of a ride.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have built my career around helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident through movement. My experience spans personal training, group fitness, Reformer Pilates, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, mobility and fitness management, allowing me to work confidently with people across a wide range of abilities, backgrounds and training goals.
Throughout my career, I have trained extensively across both Les Mills and freestyle fitness programs, including BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, RPM, Sprint, GRIT, Core, BodyAttack and ShβBam, alongside Zumba and other freestyle formats. I also have approximately four years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates, giving me a strong understanding of controlled movement, core stability, mobility, technique and progressive exercise.
My experience extends beyond delivering classes and personal training sessions. I have held Group Fitness Management and regional fitness leadership roles, where I have been responsible for developing fitness programs, managing instructors, monitoring class performance, mentoring coaches and maintaining high standards of member experience. I have personally mentored numerous instructors throughout my career and genuinely enjoy helping both clients and other fitness professionals develop their confidence and capabilities.
My coaching philosophy is centred around making fitness challenging, inclusive and enjoyable. I believe great coaching isn't about expecting everyone to move or perform in exactly the same way. It's about understanding the individual, providing appropriate options and creating an environment where people feel comfortable progressing at their own level while still being encouraged to challenge themselves.
I also bring an academic and technical perspective to my work, having completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, which has strengthened my analytical approach to problem-solving, education and understanding movement from a technical perspective.
Whether you're joining me for Pilates, strength training, cycling, mobility or a high-energy fitness session, my goal is simple: to provide knowledgeable, supportive coaching that helps you move well, build strength and develop a positive, sustainable relationship with exercise.
Most importantly, I want you to finish a session feeling like you achieved something β and actually enjoyed yourself while doing it. πͺβ¨
