In this special session , we will gentle explore - Earth, Water,, Fire, Air and Ether-and how they influence our body, mind ,emotions ,and energy . Through guided meditation. mindful breathing , quiet refection and soothing vibrations, of crystal, Tibet bowls, chimes and healing instruments to deepen our relaxation.
This evening is open to everyone -whether you are new to sound healing and mindfulness practices or simply looking for rest , balance, and a moment to reconnect with yourself.
