A 2.5-hour creative wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.

Begin with a guided Painting Session, where you’ll create your own mindful canvas magnets using gentle, uplifting messages. No experience needed—just space to explore and express.

Then transition into a deeply restorative Sound Bath Session, allowing sound to calm the nervous system and bring you into a state of stillness and ease.

This is an intimate, carefully curated experience—soft, grounding, and intentionally unhurried.
