
Pilates x Breathwork with Laura & Devon
Join us on Sunday 31 May at 9:30am at South Bondi Beach for a powerful morning of movement, breath, and connection by the ocean.
This is your invitation to step away from the noise, slow down, and carve out intentional time for yourself, to move your body, breathe deeply, and reset before the week ahead feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
You’ll be guided through a feel good 30-minute Pilates class with Flow with Aura, designed to activate the body, build strength, and connect breath to movement.
We’ll then move into a 30-minute guided breathwork journey with Devon to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create space for clarity and intention.
These sessions tend to book out quickly and spots are strictly limited — if you’re feeling called to join, we recommend securing your place early.
Bring your partner, friends or come solo. Everyone is welcome.

No prior experience needed. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
We'll go for a coffee together afterwards if you're free and keen to join!
