Her Health, Her Way
Managing Perimenopause and Menopausal Symptoms
A community event proudly supporting Jean Hailes Women's Health Week 2026
Join us for an afternoon dedicated to women's health, movement, and wellbeing and celebrating 4 years of Procure Physio with our lovely community. Hosted by Procure Physio and Health Services, "Her Health, Her Way" brings together expert insight, hands-on wellness experiences, and community connection, all in support of Jean Hailes Women's Health Week.
Enjoy a live panel discussion on root-cause approaches to perimenopause and menopause, a quick live demo on movement and everyday wellbeing, a guided mindfulness session, wellness stalls from local health and lifestyle businesses, a pledge wall, and a raffle supporting the Jean Hailes Foundation. Every attendee will also take home a free Women's Health Thermometer, a simple self-assessment to check in on where you're at.
Whether you're managing pain, curious about movement, or just want to spend time in a community that puts women's health first, this event is for you.
Its a FREE event but registration is mandatory. We however appreciate if you would like to donate towards Jean Hailes Women's Health Week.
