Each day 1 Hour Class
Instructions
We use the following in our dance workouts:
Towel/mat,
Elastic Resistance band for legs
0.5 to 1 kg hand weights or 2 filled up water bottles or cans.
Water bottle if you get thirsty. First timers - Best to get weights/bands after you have done a few classes with us.
Note
Monday: 7:00 PM - Rouse Hill, Giraween
Tuesday: 6:45 PM - Baulkham Hills
Wednesday: 7:00 PM - Rouse Hill
Friday: 6:45 PM - Giraween
Saturday: No Class
Sunday: No Class
