FREE Chair Yoga Open Day

Free Chair Yoga class for our members and guests from the local community. If you have a sincere interest in experiencing a class with Irene, the Coming Home Yoga class regulars and the good vibes we share, this is your chance.

In keeping with the quality and personal care that is a signature of our classes, numbers at Open Day will be strictly limited.

Alongside, Coming Home Yoga regulars who will be at Open Day classes for free, we are welcoming members of the local community who have a sincere interest in experiencing a class with us, to attend, also for FREE.

Chair yoga is for you if getting down to the floor and up again is a challenge for you. Our Chair yoga class is not entirely seated. Parts of the class are done standing (with the support of a wall or chair) and other parts are seated. You do need to be independently mobile for this class
