Fire Horse Breathwork & Sound Healing - Bondi

The Year of the Fire Horse, appearing only once every 60 years, marks a rare turning point that invites courage, clarity and heart-led forward movement. We gather on the night before it begins, creating a powerful space to consciously step into this new cycle with intention and grace.

In this session, you’ll be guided through transformative pranayama breathwork followed by a deeply immersive sound journey, downregulating your nervous system, restoring balance and inviting profound relaxation.

We begin with powerful breathwork to release stored tension and emotions, clear energetic stagnation and prepare the body and mind to fully receive the sound vibrations.

After grounding in gratitude and setting a clear intention, you’ll lie back and be carried inward by the frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, a majestic Paiste gong, shamanic drums, rainsticks, chimes and the Wave . As the sounds unfold, stress and tension gently dissolve, allowing you to sink into a deep meditative state and reconnect with your true self.

⫸ Pranayama is an ancient practice of yogic breathing techniques that emphasizes conscious control and regulation of the breath.

⫸ Sound healing uses vibrations and frequencies to induce a state of coherence, synchronization and harmonious balance within the body.
Both practices help release energetic blockages, stagnations and tension, promote relaxation, harmonize the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall wellbeing. When used in combination, their healing effects are amplified.

Experience the Benefits of Sound Healing:

During this sound healing, a coherent energetic pattern is created in the brain and body. The frequencies and vibrations created by the healing instruments activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which:

❤︎ reduces stress and anxiety

❤︎ creates calmness and relaxation

❤︎ quietens the mind

❤︎ rejuvenates and regenerates the body

❤︎ revives energy levels after illness or burnout

❤︎ increases creativity

❤︎ improves sleep
