Embodied Movement classes are a way to arrive into your feeling body, and move in ways that support you to feel good — it’s a space to come home to your body.
Set against the energy of the ocean, you’re invited to step out of the noise and into something more instinctive… more honest. A place where movement isn’t about getting it right, but about feeling what’s true.
Blending elements of Nia, freedance, and embodied practices, these weekly classes offer simple, easy-to-follow choreography as a guide — giving you something to anchor into, while still leaving plenty of space to move in your own way.
We begin by grounding.
Dropping in.
Letting the breath land.
From there, the music carries you — through gentle opening, playful expression, and moments of deep release. You’ll be guided, but never restricted. Supported, but always free to follow what your body needs.
There’s no pressure to perform. No experience needed.
Just a willingness to move.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected — like you’ve shifted something, reset your energy, and come back to yourself.
Come as you are.
Leave as more of yourself.

We share the space with respect and awareness of one another.
To maintain a safe and present environment, no photos or videos during class unless everyone has given consent.
Bring water to stay hydrated.
We dance barefoot — connecting more deeply to the body and the ground.
