Inner Self Breathwork — Group Session
Step into a gentle group experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and return to your body.
This Inner Self Breathwork session with Breath’in combines guided breathwork, immersive sound, and small-group connection to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner awareness — all held in a safe, trauma-informed space.
What to Expect:
Opening cacao & grounding to arrive together
Regulation-style breathwork to settle the nervous system
Guided release breathwork & meditation supported by sound
Small group connection (sharing always optional)
Integration & closing circle before transitioning back into your day
