Breath & Sound Healing Journey with Katrina Noela

Immersive sound healing experience where your nervous system resets, stress & tension releases, and you can truly feel held and restored.

BE HELD AND LET GO!

Feel your body truly relax as you float in a soft, soothing, cocoon-like aerial hammock (or on a floor mat) whilst waves of crystal bowl and vocal frequencies guide your body into deep restorative states.

Facilitated by a professional singer and sound healer, this unique offering is designed to guide your body and mind into deep theta brainwave states, which is the same restful and restorative state reached in deep meditation and dreaming. In this receptive state, your nervous system softens, your mind quiets, and your body can begin to release stored tension, stress, and emotional weight.

As you float weightlessly, your mind/body's overstimulation and fatigue starts to melts away, your muscles relax, your breathing slows, and your body shifts into rest-and-restore mode, allowing profound recalibration and renewal plus space for creative solutions to drop in and expand.

Surrounded by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and healing voice channeling angelic frequencies, your entire system is bathed in vibrational frequencies that support:

✨ nervous system reset

✨ emotional release and energetic clearing

✨ deep relaxation and improved sleep

✨ clarity and inner connection

✨ a feeling of lightness and spaciousness in the body

The soft, aerial hammock allows your body to fully surrender, creating a cocooned, floating sensation that helps you drop effortlessly into stillness and be held in a beautiful, soothing way where you get time out just for you. **Floor Mat tickets also available
Many participants describe entering a dreamlike meditative state where time dissolves and a deep sense of peace emerges.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and energetically refreshed.

This is your invitation to stop and pause, and allow sound to bring your system back into harmony.
