Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and checking this box, I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that dance involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that might occur as a result of my participation.
Medical Fitness: I declare that I am physically fit to participate. I confirm I have sought medical clearance if I have any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or am pregnant. I agree to notify the instructor of any physical limitations before class begins.
Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, I release the instructor, the business (Dance Mantraz), and the venue from all claims or liability for injury, illness, or property damage arising from my participation.
Personal Property: I am solely responsible for my belongings. The instructor and venue are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Tickets and Cancellations: Single class tickets and bundle tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or missed classes. One missed class per bundle may be carried forward to the next available Sunday. No cash refunds or credits will be issued beyond this policy.
Class Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Dance Mantraz, a replacement date will be offered. No cash refunds will be issued where a replacement class is provided.
Media Consent: I provide my consent for photos and videos to be taken during the class. I understand these may be used for promotional purposes on the Dance Mantraz website and social media platforms. Please notify the instructor before class if you wish to opt out of appearing in media.
