Blue Moon Breathwork & Sound Healing – Bondi

✰ Under this special Blue Moon, join us to regulate your nervous system, ignite your inner light & manifest what you wish to create ✰

On Monday, 1 June, we gather in Bondi for a deeply immersive Breathwork & Sound Healing journey under the powerful energy of a rare Blue Moon and on the first day of winter.

The evening before, on Sunday night, 31 May, we experience a Blue Moon – the second Full Moon within one calendar month. No, the Moon will not actually appear blue. It is simply called a “Blue Moon” because two Full Moons within one month are rare and only happen “once in a blue moon”.

A Blue Moon is an especially potent Full Moon, amplifying themes of clarity, expansion and conscious creation. It invites us to reflect on what we truly want our lives to be filled with and what we are ready to embody more fully.

We’ll begin with transformative pranayama breathwork to release stagnant energy and stuck emotions, preparing the body and mind to fully receive the immersive sound journey.

After grounding in gratitude and setting a clear intention, you’ll lie back and be carried inward by the frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, a majestic Paiste gong, shamanic drums, rainsticks, chimes and the Wave. As the sounds unfold, stress and tension gently dissolve, allowing you to sink into a deep meditative state, access altered states of consciousness and reconnect with your true self.

⫸ Pranayama breathwork is an ancient yogic practice that emphasizes conscious control and regulation of the breath to balance the nervous system, support healthy immune function and cultivate mental clarity.

⫸ Sound healing uses vibrations and frequencies to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, support healthy vagal tone and promote coherence and harmonious balance within the body.

When combined, their healing effects are amplified. Together, these practices help release energetic blockages and tension, promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and enhance overall wellbeing.

Experience the Benefits of Sound Healing:

During this sound healing, a coherent energetic pattern is created in the brain and body. The frequencies and vibrations created by the healing instruments activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which:

❤︎ reduces stress and anxiety

❤︎ creates calmness and relaxation

❤︎ quietens the mind

❤︎ rejuvenates and regenerates the body

❤︎ revives energy levels after illness or burnout
