


Looking for a gentle way to move, unwind, and reconnect with yourself midweek?
These Wednesday evening Tai Chi class are designed especially for beginners—no experience needed, just a willingness to start.
This is a relaxed, supportive space where you can learn at your own pace, build confidence in your body, and enjoy the calming flow of Tai Chi.
We focus on simple, mindful movements that help you feel more grounded, balanced, and at ease.

Consent and Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in Tai Chi involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation and confirm that I am physically able to take part. I agree to inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions or changes. I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and modifying or stopping movements as needed.
Media Consent
I am aware that during class the teacher may on occasion take photos or videos to be used for promotional purposes. If I do not wish to be included, I will advise teacher in class
Here’s a little info to help you get ready for our first session.
What to Wear
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Enclosed shoes (such as sneakers or other comfortable flat shoes)
What to Bring
A water bottle
Tai Chi is gentle and beginner-friendly, and everything will be taught step by step, so no prior experience is needed.
Refund requests will be accepted only if made at least 7 days before the event start date.
