Energetic Alignment, Reiki & Sound Healing Immersion

Join us for a powerful healing experience combining Reiki healing & soothing sound therapy to align your energy for balance and peace

Welcome to the Energetic Alignment Healing & Sound Healing Event!

Join us for a transformative experience where Jess will realign your energy and you can find inner bliss. Breath work will help you center into the space and your body and Jess will guide you through a beautiful sound healing meditation with crystal and tibetan singing bowls journeying into a powerful Higher Self meditation. Transformative healing techniques such as Reiki, chakra healing and tuning fork alignment will help you release blockages and restore balance. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. We will follow by a sharing session to connect with souls that are also interested in spirituality and well-being. Don't miss this opportunity to rejuvenate and revitalise yourself. See you there!

The evening:

First, Jess will powerfully hold and protect the space with very specific intention setting for a sacred healing to occur for everyone's highest and best good.

Everyone will make a more specific intention for themselves, then lie down for breath work to clear out old energetic stagnancies and conenct to the present space. Then we will move into a beautiful sound healing meditation to connect to your Higher Self and chakra alignment meditation. Afterwards, Jess will go around to everyone with hands-on Reiki healing to align each person's energy, focusing on their general alignment and then noticing which chakras need more attention and any blocks found. She will use a combination of Reiki, tuning forks, singing bowls & her unique energy healing technique to clear dense and negative energies if any present. She will cleanse everyone's energetic field with paolo santo and sage to finish off.

After the Energetic Alignment, there will some quiet personal time to journal anything that came up during the session that you'd like to note down.

We will take turns sharing (if you'd like), to hear from other's experiences (such a beautiful part of the evening) to connect with others.
