
Each week will begin with one hour guided meditation and be followed by one hour interactive class. On the last session of each month, however, there will simply be two hours of meditation.
The sessions, which are open to all, focus specifically on the practice of meditation and the carrying of its effects into everyday life. Each Saturday concentrates on a different challenge.
