Doors open 15 minutes before the event starts.We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can start the event on schedule and it will be appreciated by all participants.
Please bring the following items to ensure you are comfortable:
✭ yoga mat (if you would like to bring your own mat)
✭ water bottle (we have filtered water provided)
✭ eye pillow or mask (optional)
Neighbourhood Yoga provides yoga mat, massage balls, blocks and blankets.

Sylvia is a Myo Yin Yoga teacher passionate about blending myofascial release, yin yoga, and breathwork to help others find deep relaxation, pain relief, release body tension and emotional balance. Participation in the Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Myofascial Release & Sound Journey session requires prior registration and adherence to the guidelines provided by the instructors.

Relieve neck, shoulder, back, hip & legs tension with massage balls & yoga blocks. Integrated throughout the session to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting you to rest and digest state.

Meditative 2 - 4 minutes stretches designed for upper body & hips mobility, calm the mind in stillness, and serve as a gateway to meditation. No yoga experience needed, it is designed for all levels.
