To ensure a fair, safe, and positive experience for every child, all participants are required to follow the rules below.
🧠 Fair Play
• No talking, coaching, or outside assistance during the competition.
• Any form of cheating may result in immediate disqualification
• The organizers’ decisions are final
🚫 Parent Access to Competition Room
Once the competition has started:
• Parents and guardians are NOT permitted to enter the competition room
• The competition is conducted in a designated, supervised room with official invigilators
This ensures a fair, distraction-free environment for all participants.
📝 Independent Participation Consent
By enrolling in the competition, parents and guardians give consent for their child to:
• Remain independently in the designated competition room
• Complete the competition without parental assistance
• This consent applies for the full duration of the competition.
⚠️ Disqualification Policy
To ensure fairness for all participants:
• If a parent or guardian enters the competition room during the competition, the student will be disqualified
• This rule applies regardless of the reason for entry
• The organizers’ decisions regarding disqualification are final.
👧👦 Child Supervision & Safety
During the competition:
• Students will be checked in by staff
• Students will be supervised at all times by trained invigilators
• Parents may wait in designated waiting areas outside the competition room

Behavior and Conduct: All participants and attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. Disruptive behavior by any child or accompanying adult may result in disqualification or removal from the event premises. Judges' Decision: The judges’ decisions on the spelling of words, eliminations, and rulings are final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained after the conclusion of each round.
