Celebrate the end of your week with a fun and hands-on chocolate workshop inside a real chocolate factory. Enjoy a playful introduction to chocolate making where you’ll create delicious truffles without needing any prior experience.
What you’ll do:
Start the class with a hot chocolate inspired by a 17th-century French recipe while learning about the history of chocolate, how it’s made, and the different types used in modern chocolate making. Choose a mould and create your own filled chocolates, using one flavour or mixing multiple flavours to make them unique. While your chocolates set, enjoy dipping strawberries and Turkish delight into melted milk chocolate fondue. Once your creations are ready, you’ll taste them and take home a box filled with your handmade chocolates.
Who’s guiding you:
The workshop is hosted by Chocolatier Joseph, who has been running chocolate classes for almost 20 years, ensuring a relaxed, fun, and informative experience focused on enjoying chocolate rather than mastering strict techniques. For deeper learning like tempering and advanced chocolate skills, participants can explore his Ultimate Chocolate Workshop.
What to bring:
No experience is required. Just bring an apron if you have one, wear closed shoes, and come with a big appetite for chocolate. Hair protection will be provided.
Suitable for:
Adults and children aged 8+. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Time:
Please arrive by 1:45 PM for a 2:00 PM start.
